I love the idea of designer Disney purses. Sure, I don't buy non-Disney designer purses but that's not to say that I wouldn't... someday... when I have more money to just blow. Ha!
Dooney & Bourke has teamed up with Disney for a while now and made some very popular bags. I haven't found any of them my style... until now. The messenger bag was made for Disneyland's 55th anniversary celebration. The colors are muted and none are loud and bright. On the design pattern you'll find a sketch of Main Street U.S.A. and quite a few "Mickey" based icons. Disney Store is selling the bag for $265.00. Far too steep for me but... if any of you would like a gift idea for me... here it is. :p
Very cute! But I don't think I've ever paid more than $30 for a purse (usually less.)
ReplyDeleteI think the most expensive purse I've owned is a Vera Bradley that I got during the Shipshewana pajama sale. Oh, no, I got a purse at Urban Outfitters last year that was $88. My mom paid for $50 of it as a birthday present. Otherwise I probably wouldn't spend that much on a purse. I've had it for over a year now and I haven't switched it out ever for another purse. I use mine until I get really sick of them or they break. Haha.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have basically rotated the same three purses (all from Kohls) for the past few years (although one was new last year as a Christmas gift.)
ReplyDeleteNGL, I was sorely tempted to get one of the itty bitty ones when I was there a few weeks ago, I believe it was $49. But I never got around to it. Maybe they will offer them online.
ReplyDeleteI did get a 40th anniversary pin and lanyard medal and plush, so I did commemorate it. ;)
I can't imagine spending the money for one.. because I would only carry it in the parks! That's why I bought a cute $30 mickey moues purse. Much more my speed!
